This small pairing knife is easy to sharpen, with its VG5 core and stainless steel cladding. Beautifully and simply designed, it is perfect to initiate yourself to the Ohishi experience. Hardened to HRC59-60, it is built to resist time, and its pakka wood handle will resist water and dirt.
