The ELECFREAKS Smart Cutebot Pro Programming Robot Car for micro:bit (w/o micro:bit) is a sophisticated robot car kit designed for STEAM education. This advanced model is equipped with a variety of features including a 4-way infrared line-following sensor, an encoder motor, LED rainbow light, and an ultrasonic sensor among others. The encoder motors provide the ability to control the distance the car travels with precision and also allow for accurate control of the turning angle.
The Cutebot Pro boasts an upgraded motor, transitioning from an open-loop motor to a closed-loop motor. This enhancement allows the robot car to receive instructions with greater accuracy, resulting in a more precise driving route. The model also features an upgrade to 4 line-tracking sensors, enabling the identification of more complex intersections such as crossroads or T-junctions.
The Cutebot Pro is powered by a lithium battery box and is compatible with a 2000-mA lithium battery power supply, ensuring extended battery life. The model also includes an additional motor expansion interface and more holes for structural parts, allowing for the expansion of structural devices such as mechanical arms.
In comparison to the standard Cutebot model, the Pro version has a larger body, greater motor torque, and faster speed. It also features wider tires, ensuring a stronger grip and smoother driving experience.
