The absinthe grille is a an alternative design from the absinthe spoons and works just as well.This model reminds us of the shape of Notre-Dame-de-Paris’ cathedral flower stained glass, hence the “rosace” name.Use it on the top of your absinthe glass to hold the sugar while the water is running gently on it.
