This Sour Blueberry Syrup is made from freshly picked blueberries from the local farm of Au Fil du Vent, close to Montreal. This sour syrup is less sweet than simple syrup and thanks to the acidity you may need less lemon or lime juice when mixing your cocktail. Try this special syrup of deep blue colour in a Kir by simply stretching it with white wine, or as a lemonade by mixing it to sparkling water (one part of syrup, five parts of water). Furthermore, this local product can be used in kitchen, especially in sauces or to marinate meat. It makes a fantastic a coulis for cake or ice cream. Made from natural ingredients, without any preservatives.
