Distinguished Aromas Caramel, Grapes, Blackcurrants, Cinnamon, Wine Vinegar. Our vermouth stands as a testament to the intricate art of blending. Drawing inspiration from the renowned French Dolin, our rendition seamlessly interweaves the essence of wine vinegar, grapes, and caramel, culminating in a spicy blackcurrant finale. Remarkably, its aromatic symphony shines through, even in the absence of alcohol. Ideal for setting the tone as an aperitif or closing a meal as a digestif, it also elegantly complements dishes as a wine substitute. For a nuanced experience, pair it on the rocks accompanied by a hint of orange or grapefruit zest (though, rest assured, there’s no mandate on the zest). Recommended Pairings: Neat, on the rocks, accentuated with a curl of orange or grapefruit. Merged with tonic or fresh grapefruit juice. As the star in a classic Vermouth cocktail.
